About
NakedLys is the musical project of a Ukrainian vocalist, songwriter, and composer based in Harstad, in northern Norway. NakedLys writes and performs original songs in Norwegian — believed to be among the first Ukrainian artists to do so.
Songwriting is treated as an emotional form of expression: difficult or even tragic life situations are portrayed with humor, so that listeners can recognize themselves in them and face life's challenges with a smile. Shining a light on the hard parts of the creative process itself is a core value of the project.
